Need For Responsive Care
The Needs First program is anchored on providing the adult with responsive care. From the first day of service, the foster parents find several opportunities per day to show the person that we listen; we care and we have the time and resources to make his/her life more comfortable
Need For Safety
The Needs First program assures the client that he/she is safe from day one. If there is another client in the home who is aggressive or demanding, the program will be designed to keep the two clients apart until we can find an effective program to protect the vulnerable individual.
