Our Goal

Our goal is to provide community based services for adults living with a developmental disability or mental health issue; for the purpose of fostering independence and being successful in their daily lives.

Why Our Foster Program Works

JAFC is designed to work with adults who have developmental disabilities and/or Mental Illness diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder. JAFC has high support to resident support ratios, high structure and supervision and evidence based treatment. For these reasons, JAFC is able to care for adults that are commonly placed in group homes. JAFC delivers good outcomes for these adults. These are the features of our program:
